  • Yes and No, everything we produce here is bespoke and tailored to your particular piece. We do not try to compete with supermarkets or furniture retail stores that mass produce often poor quality frames.
  • We do however have off-cuts from lengths of frame previously used, and we offer these on a discount basis. They are cut to accommodate a standard photo(which can be printed here from your phone), with the choice of  mount colour and museum glass. They can be wall mounted or strutted to sit on a mantel piece. These are always in stock and there are a variety of styles for £29.

It depends. Our usual answer is 7-10 days, however more intricate jobs such as medals or oversized pieces can take longer. We could also turn a job around in hours if we had the appropriate materials in stock.

We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards including American Express and Apple pay/Google pay.

Unfortunately not. Our insurance would not cover us for any damage caused to your home, (eg drilling through a water pipe). We do supply sturdy fixings appropriate to your art work and hooks for your walls at no extra cost.

Yes, we have access to a van for larger items we frame. We have hand delivered as far as Paris before! Picturesq can arrange local delivery for customers who may have difficulty getting their items home. Prints from our online shop can be mailed. However, due to the nature of picture frames and glass we do not send glazed framed pieces through couriers.

Yes, our gift vouchers can be for any amount as we print them here. They are backed onto card and presented in an envelope with a beautiful bow. They make great presents. These can be used for photo shoots, printing or framing.

Everything we do is focused on making our customers happy. So if something is not quite right, we will endeavour to make it right.

We also have metal frames for a sturdy modern look, available in an abundance of profiles and colours.
